Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund's progress.
